Our Steaks are sourced from Rogers Butchers in Glasgow.

The beef is reared by Jim Brown at Gaindykehead Farm in Glenmavis and is dry aged for a minimum of 28 Days so it can achieve optimum taste, tenderness and maturity.

All of our Steaks are cooked to your preference. Served with your choice of Potato; boiled, fondant or Albert Bartlett Red Rooster Hand Cut Chips, Accompanied with panache of seasonal vegetables, baked Flat Field Mushrooms, seasoned spinach and a slow roasted tomato.
